We measure, we do not guess
The home page, product and category pages and the store policies, as any visitor sees them. No sign-in to the store admin and no password.
We write a problem only with the page link, the value we measured and a highlighted screenshot reproduced in a second, independent session. What we could not measure, we say we did not check.
The report is in Arabic and English. Every problem in three lines: what is wrong, why it costs you sales and what to do. A person on our team reviews every report before it reaches you.
