Terms of service
Simple, clear rules.
1. Who we are and what these terms are
Mask UP (Dubai, licence no. 1614228) provides audits and reports for online stores in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and optional growth services. By using the website, the free scan or by ordering the full report you agree to these terms. Contact: support@maskuptech.com.
2. What we look at and what we never do
- The free scan and the full report read your store’s public pages only, as any visitor sees them.
- We never sign in to your store admin, never ask for a password, and never buy or send anything from your store.
- We never get around bot protection; if a store blocks automated visits we say so and do not scan it.
3. No guarantee of sales results
We give observations and recommendations based on real measurements, but we do not guarantee more sales, search visibility or any commercial result. The decision and the implementation are yours.
4. Prices, payment and refunds
- The full report costs 199199 SARAED and the Growth plan costs 2,5002,500 SARAED per month, in your market’s currency.
- Payment is by bank transfer; we start work once we confirm the money has arrived.
- You may ask for a full refund of the report within 72 hours of delivery, without giving a reason.
- The report’s price is credited to your first Growth month if you subscribe within 14 days of delivery.
- The Growth plan is monthly and you can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid and nothing is charged after it.
5. Approval of any change to your store
We change nothing in your store without your explicit approval of each change, we keep a backup before every change, and we roll it back when you ask. The details are in the Growth plan service agreement.
6. Ownership
Your content, your data and your store belong to you. Our tools, methods, templates and software belong to Mask UP. You may use the reports and recommendations for your store without time limit.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your store data and business information as confidential and disclose it to no one except with your consent or as the law requires. You keep our unpublished tools and methods confidential.
8. Data protection
We process your personal data in line with the personal data protection laws that apply in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We collect your name, e-mail, optional phone number and store link only to provide the service, and send marketing only with your explicit consent. You can see and download your data and delete your account from your account settings or by writing to us.
9. Limit of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the last month before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit.
10. Suspension
We may suspend the Growth plan for non-payment after notifying you, and resume as soon as it is paid. We may suspend abusive use of the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms and will tell you about a material change before it takes effect. We keep a record of the versions you accepted and the date.
