Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number when you start a scan.
• Your store link, the public pages we scan and their screenshots.
• A record of your consent to marketing messages: its wording and the time.
• Your account details: name, email and a sign-in session, with one strictly necessary cookie and no tracking.
• Your orders, the bank-transfer receipt you upload, and the invoices.
• The record of your acceptance of the terms: version, time, IP address and a fingerprint of the text.
• Your email address, if you ask to be told when your platform is supported.
• A log of the emails we sent you.

Why we use it

To deliver your report and to contact you about it, and to keep a record of your orders, your invoices and what you agreed to. We do not send you marketing messages by email or WhatsApp unless you tick the separate consent box.

How long we keep it

• Your store screenshots: 30 days, then they are deleted automatically.
• The link to your free report: 7 days.
• Orders, invoices and transfer receipts: for as long as the accounting rules require us to keep them.
• Your other details: until you ask us to delete them or the reason for keeping them ends.

Who sees your data

The Mask UP team only, and the service providers we need to send email and host the website. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

• To ask for a copy of your data.
• To ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
• To withdraw your marketing consent at any time.

We process data under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Federal Decree-Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates.
